H1B be doesnot matter if you have proper docs they are not holding ur visa......becoz of indian consultancies makes this isssue so wierd....the rules are pretty same before 2007

previously during the time of recession....many gaint companies like IBM dell hp......they decided to go for offshore but the usa govt bailout plan made some policies to restrict these companies not to go for offshore major projects.....this time no one knows.....
