He declared these bi elections as waste of money and power because, he knew he is going to lose. i felt cbn failed as an opposition leader because, when ruling party is not strong and jagan is sitting in jail, being a person who ruled AP for 9 yrs and who is being considered as a great administrator by his "supporters", he should at least win half of the seats....contrary to that, he is considering these elections as waste of money.....
