Rejected or Query?

Is he in india or in USA

What is the company back ground?

And did he submit all the docs properly or not?

Coz lot of complications will come if he goes with another employer later

he got rejected,hes in USA ryt now..!\

The thing is hes got his OPT untill this NOV.

Hes is in total bad mood..just need some suggestions...!!

What type of complications may arise ..??

Reject ki reason teliyakunda emi cheyyalemu

One of my friend got rejected long back and after 4 Yrs when he applied for B1 from current company
He was grilled by offices asking all the details of the employer who applied H1 earlie and he even did not get the B1 also

So we need to know why it was rejected is it because of Employer?? or coz of his exp etc?

i think he can re appeal with the same employer i guess

wt abt joining in a UNIV again..apply for a CPT and file H1 next yr..??will this work..?

ASk you friend to discuss with his employer also and make sure to explore all the options

Dats wt ,hw spoke to his employer.wt he said is...rather than re appealing...just do the job unitll NOV,join a UNIV..get a cpt. work on it.till next april..then apply for a H1.
