recent ga 1 year ki h1 vachindhi...I want to change the job now...what are the risk factors that will arise because of immigration issues... Around 1000 undhi exact gurthu ledhu with lawyer fee... premium aithe add 1250 to that.... yes LCA and Amendment are totally different. As PMR suggested stamping ki pothe amendment submit cheyyi..... but still mee employer/lawyer ni kanukko....

LCA anedhi mee employer gaadu . aa state Govt. dagagra pproval teesukodam.. maa company employee okadu e state lo working..

so maa vadiki ikkada State laws ki anugunamga work chestadu ani permiession teesukodam..
after that.. aa LCA base chesukoni , u can apply for amendement using the client Letter.

Manaki OPT ki apply cheyyataniki college lo I-20 elago ..same H1B ki LCA kuda.. like that.. only way to apply for H1.

amendment is just updating ur i-797 with correct client details or work location details....it doesnt change your existing h1b duration....
