edisav_edava Posted June 14, 2012 Report Posted June 14, 2012 malli amendment appeal chesaru naaku only 1 year vasthe...tarvatha duration change chesaru to 3 years....adhi amendment oo appeal oo telidu...they asked lawyer to appeal why they gave 1 year since cleint letter and everything said 3 years.. so malli 3 years change chesi pamparu uscis....

teluguwatch Posted June 14, 2012 Report Posted June 14, 2012 Amendment not necessary, LCA must..when you change job location in H1b.. recent gaa maa friend stamping kudaa velli vachaduu with out amendment after changing the client..no issues for him... its depent upon our luck..but we need to generate LCA for every job change.
