TDP gave tkt to same caste(Chiru and Venkat ramana's caste) person to divide votes(and he is also strong candidate there),Galla aruna kumari didnt support bcoz of not giving tkt to his son which was main reason and Venket ramana was referrring to her in the interview/video wahtever and it has nothing to do woth Chiru.
