Why telugu girls are not given chances as heroine these days

i was just browsing the below video and was wondering why telugu speaking girls are not given much chances as heriones in telugu film industry.

Now the major qualification that a herione for tollywood looks like she should not be able to speak telugu.

All the leading actresses now are now imported from mumbai. is there any scarcity of good looking girls in andhra pradesh??

Time has gone when telugu film industry has given great actors like Sridevi to bollywood and now telugu film industy is looking to import heroines from bollywood and kollywood. why the hell is this happening?? why the telugu ppl dont want to see telugu girls as heroines

I think laya and rambha was last telugu speaking heroine (from vijayawada i guess).
