human body ki breakfast chaaaala important mama..
breakfast start cheyyi mama..
morning 7.30-8.30 madhyalo edo okkati thinu...
milk with cereals or some thing else.
mali 12.00 ki lunch cheyyi.. 4 ki light ga snacks.. 8 ki dinner
rice ni entha thakkuva thinte antha manchidi mama..
dinner lo rice avoid cheyyadam better.
rice place lo carrots,salad try cheyyi..

work out antava..
evening snacks ayyaka.. 5.00 - 7.00 madhyalo start with jogging.. thread mill meedha atleast 15-20 min time spend cheyyi mama.
aa tharuvatha cycling for 10-15 min. aa tharuvatha if possible swimming cheyyi.

weekly 5 days ila cheyyi.
6 th day motham swimming pool lo enjoy cheyyi.. entha sepu opika unte antha sepu.
7th day stay away from work out..

ila nuvvu one month chesthe, i am sure u will loose 4-6 pounds.
nee weight koncham thaggaka body buiding start chesthe better mama.

thank u maama naaku swimming ante chaala interest maama ... idhi varaku roju continuous ga aapakunda chesevaadini kaani dinner full heavy ga chese vaadini ... :(

i can swim for 1 hr non-stop continuously ... i mean maa coll lo 30  * 60 M vese vaadini 1 hr lo adhi help chesthundhi antaava malli start chesthe .....

kakapothe almost 2 years ayyindhi maanesi ...

college lo unnapudu chese vaadini bayya .... ikkada MS ki vachaka maanesaa anthe .... i mean swimming for one hr ... job lo join ayyinappudu 2 hrs tennis aade vaadini ... ikkadiki vachaake emi cheyatledhu ...

ante oka 6-7 pounds perigaanu ippudu kaani appudu pedha effect ledhu maama ... endhukante swimming chesaaka baaga aakali vesi full ga den*** thine vaadini .... maa hostel lo food keka appatlo .... so peraga kunda manage chesaanu anthe ...
