Mari antha levu kanni, edho sriga work chesthe wasthayi..
I am more as a Cricketer n sport person used run for 4 rounds and 120 Pull-Ups and work out with Bars...
I will oppose the Weights as it may effect when U r out of exercise...
Dumbels with less weight is okie...
