I understand the pain. Here's what you have to do (well, atleast this is what I did).
First, put all your mattress outside(in the balcony) and spray with bed bug spray. You probably can find them on your bed, so kill them and smash the dead on the floor becasue sometimes the eggs wont die. Second, throw all the old books.
Third, wash all your clothes. Next, cover the corners of the room will tape ( thats what we did..we covered the entire room with tape).
Daily before going to bed, apply jergens or whatever lotion and sleep well.
As of now anthey, guruthuki vachinapudu malli update chestha.

P.S: Dont try to be smart and put on the heater, because at 70-80 they get doubled!

reporting to the apt leasing office depends on how long u have been there. if its just 1 or 2 months then the problem lies with the previous residents and the responsibility will rest on the leasing office

Update:
We sprayed kerosene too on the carpet and on the walls but the problem with this is for atleast 2 days you'll feel the smell and cant sleep properly but worth the shot.
