NY lono or dc lono oka case kuda nadichindhi.. 6 months kanna ekkuva vundadam valla vaadini deport chestha antey case edho vesaadu... vachi chaala rojulu ayyindhi

general ga .. H1b lo unnapudu . i94 validity h1 enni yrs unte anni yrs untundhi emo kadha..
also, h1 period expire authondi ani telisthe.. 6months before it gets expired apply chesthaam kadha for H1b extension .. so 6+6=12 months of time untundi ..
moreover, deadline reach authunnaaru ante .. premium lo ki upgrade cheskunte .. ventane update telisipothundi ga ..

maa room mate FT nundi contractor gaa oka employer ki change ayyindu.......appudu 2 months vachindhi H1B..........so, Feb lo mallei extension ki apply cheisndu..........normal processing lo........so, july last week lo I -94 expire avutadhi........ee week premium cheyistunnaadu..........kaanie andaru emi antunnaru antye athanitho............ee 6 months period lopu vaallu decision teesukoka poinaa needey thappu.......nuvvaitey first country vadili vlelalai ani..........vellaka potey 3yrs varkau raanivvaru antaa country loki ani :3D_Smiles:

nope...no 6 months duration or grace period..

application pending lo unnapudu I94 expire aite..u need to leave the country.....thats mandatory..

Visa is not the legal document for entry/exit dates..its only the I94 given by CBP

usual ga visa validity varaku istaru....incase takkuva iste..u need to leave the country even if ur visa is still valid....

Processing lo unnapudu I94 expire aite..out of question u will be considered illegal...
