Weight Taggali Anukone Vallaku ....

morning cereal with 1% fat milk 8 ki (No sugar...try with honey super untundi )[ Inka akali veste dates tinandi very good)

10 ki ala one apple or (crunchy cerial or some kind of bar) or nuts

12-1 madyalo lunch ---edyna oka 300 cal ..(Sub or salad)

malli 4 ki apple,pears....no bananas

6 ki malli edo oka snack (fruits)


8 ki .... 4 chapathi with unlimited curry (curry anything is fine )[ more options try [size=3][b]Quinoa...same rice lagane untundi but not rice ...very good food with lots of fibre.....and u can mix curries in it and eat)[/b][/size]

I am trying quinoa from a few days and i lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks ........ but workout for 40 - 50 min atleast 3-4 days a week .

[b]Strictly NO RICE,SUGAR,MIDA,FAT MILK & Fried food ...go for grilled[/b]

[b]Don't stop chicken but reduce it a little bit ....[/b]

[b]Naaku telisinavi cheppa..... peddalu tappulunte kshaminchandi![/b]

baa nenu nee type ...perugannam (with desi fullfat yogurt) with mamidikayya pachadi tinakapote i feel my dinner is incomplete...so some of my friends suggested quinoa (kinwa) sooper untundi ...same rice lagane vandali but more water poyyali cooker loo ... u can eat it with curry / curd like rice...so very good food

Games edkondi .. Fit body thadhyam ..

Specific Fack if needed.. Then follow a pattern of excercize .. But ndont cut food..

u have to do cardio baaa .... nenu ne laaga ne vunde ....mrng to eve koncham koncham tinu ..go to gym oka 300 cal kariginchu ni8 inka chapathi lu kummeye (this is how i did ) ...
