nene taguthunna but cheppaga antha drastic differences kanipinchaav kaani there is a lot of difference when you eat it in the right way ante sloow gaa and baaga chew chesthun noo TV or cinema friend tho matladuthu thinacchu ledha phone is ok if you dont have any one around . oka manchi setup pettukoni eat your food intreastingly and you will see a lot of difference and padukovataniki min 2 hours mundhu tini oka one hour ayyaka baaaga water tagithe manchi nidra paduthundhi .

baaan nuvvu cheppin diet follow aithe taggutharu body lo vunna muscle kooda chaal pothundhi ofcourse with the fat . But since you are saying you r excersizing thts a bit of relief kakapothe your body is deprived of many nutirents chaala essential vati effect neeku ippude telidhu . So its better poni nuvvu tagginaka aina start replenishing your body with what it needs ,

I am not saying vutii rice thinu ani but along wiht rice time ki tagattu fruits and vegetable and all othe stuff manchi milk ( i prefer whole) dont consider you food as source of something (protien , fibre etc) too much calculation manchidi kadu tinalanipinchinappudu manchi ga tinali edaina sare and roju tappakunda workout cehsukuntu vunte manchidi
