No Rice ... No sugars And No Fruit or Fruit juices of any kind either can or freshly made

Maa doorapu chuttalm.. He used to be around 200 pounds ... 200*445 gms or 450 gms= edkondi 90 kgs..

He moved to west of Us.. I saw him a couple of months ago at a get together... Shock ... He was so slim .. He was around 60-65 kgs..

Reason enti ani all asked .. He eats heavily the same but he runs slowly daily ..

His goal is to complete a half marathon ..

tinatam eemi apakkarledhu jus start working out . Knagara padaddu workout ante edo cheyakkarledhu start with a simple 20 mins walk and gradually change and pls remember tht loosing weight is impossible over night

chicken, fish and turkey...the leanest meats possible...close to zero carbs and fat, but very high on protein...try to include them in your diet as much as possible..
kaani watch out for other factors like oil when cooking these...

rice has high carbs and sugars...... that is not good when you wnat to loose wieght and tondaraga akalestadi try eating brown rice tondaraga aakali veyyadu

seriously no food is toxic to us and every things we eat does only good to but in correct(not less) portions

Naaku thelsu antha varaku chinnaffudu 43 kms .. 28 may be miles so 14 miles 22 esko baa half marathon

baa mana lo mana maata chiki gallu japan vallu em tintaaro telusa neeku rice has good amnt of carbs not high and sugars sangathi naaku telidhu kani it has high water content so if you eat it correctly you wil feel full easily so night time koncham slow gaa baaga tinte koncham tintene akali teeruddhi and nidra povachu


but chapathi lo water contect takkuva so less filling and wheat is not much different from rice it has littel bit extra fibre antheee and chapathi lu we tend to eat more

adi chaala correct baaa tinatam aapa koodadu a good human body at the age of around 25( peak of active life ) needs all it can get . So ANNI tinali body ki kavalsina anni nutrients ivvali and then koncham baddakam taginchukoni kashtapadithe body chaaala healthy ga vuntundhi

sare baaa evaryna ni8 time baaga rice tini taggithey naku pm cheyyi ...... adn chinki gallu japan vallu tinedi ade antey vallu migithadi edi tinna low fat content vuntadi and warm water or tea tagutharu tinetappudu vallaki manaki food habits lo chaala teda vundi baa we cant compare our food life style with theirs
