Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu is expected to take a decision very soon on the demand from all quarters of the party on the political entry of Lokesh Naidu.
According to the talk going on in the political circles, the families of Nara and Nandamuri are going to have a meeting shortly (some sources said it would take place on Sunday) to discuss the future political strategies of the party. Naidu is likely to bring to the notice of his family members that there was a growing demand in the party for Lokesh Naidu’s political entry and seek their opinion in this regard.
Senior party leaders, too, are learnt to have advised the TDP president that it would be better to bring Lokesh into politics now, rather than before 2014 elections.
“It is the right time for his political entry, because he needs sufficient time to get adjusted the party activities and secondly, he has to get the public acknowledgement. Since there are no immediate elections that would test his campaigning ability, it would be better to rope Lokesh into politics now and make him tour all over the state extensively,” sources said.
