If anybody thinks Jagathi Publications, the media house which brings out Sakshi Telugu daily, belongs to YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, he is mistaken.
Jaganmohan Reddy on Monday filed a petition in the special CBI court in Nampally stating that he was no way connected with Jagathi Publications and as such, the Enforcement Directorate’s petition seeking to interrogate him was not maintainable.
“I am not its director nor am I its chairman. So, I do not have any connection with charges framed by the Enforcement Directorate that there was illegal flow of funds into Jagathi Publications through hawala mode,” he said.
The Kadapa MP said since he was not connected with Jagathi Publications, he was not aware of the company transactions. “Moreover, I have been in the jail for the last one month. As such, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and FEMA are not applicable to me,” he said.
The ED authorities are now gearing up for filing the counter against Jagan’s petition.

This sort of people made India what it is today - miserable even inspite of having capability to become a developed nation.
If CBI and ED are able to prove that YSR was at the center of all the corruption happened in state in last 8 years, then this YS Jagan doesn't even hesitate to say that:
"YSR is not my father. Can you prove that I am his son in the Court of Law????"

bro. I am not insulting his family. How can I do that when I myself have one?
If you observe carefully, this is what they wanted to demonstarte. see the steps:
1. Asking for other state ministers (who worked for YSR) to be named in the charges filed for mining scam.
2. Denying any links between himself and scams happened during YSR regime.
3. Trying to disprove the quid-pro-quo theory proposed by CBI.

No where is he trying to prevent his father's name being tarnished. YSR is a GREAT leader, crowd-puller and real farmer's favourite, there is no deny in that. He will be remmbered for decades for the work he has done for farmers and Govt. employees, but not his son YS Jagan.
