The Software Developer will perform the following duties in addition to the duties mentioned for the Associate Developer:

[indent=1]· Implementing software defect fixes with minimal guidance[/indent]
[indent=1]· Troubleshooting software performance issues and investigating defect reports[/indent]
[indent=1]· Mentoring associate developers and development interns[/indent]
[indent=1]· Collaborating with other departments to better define requirements and implementation of software features[/indent]


[b][u]Senior Developer[/u][/b]
The Senior Developer position is a key position within the software development organization. This role requires excellent programming, mentoring and leadership skills. Candidates in this position are groomed for future leadership or architect positions within the organization.

[u]Educational Requirements[/u]
· As for software Developer positions, plus:
o At least eight (8) years of industry experience developing mission-critical software applications, or
o A Master’s degree with five (5) years of programming experience

[u]Skills[/u]
· All the skills required for a Software Developer, plus:

[indent=1]o Mastery of Java technologies mentioned in the requirements for Software Developer[/indent]
[indent=1]o A mastery of and extensive experience with Object Oriented Design Patterns and their application in enterprise software applications[/indent]

[indent=1]o Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities[/indent]

[indent=1]· Conduct training on application for new developers joining the team[/indent]
