Houston: Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy Foundation (USA) has organized an event in North American Telugu Association (NATA) convention in Houston, Texas on July 1st.
Foundation members Alla Rami Reddy, Dr. Raghava Reddy, Rajeshwar Reddy Gangasani, Gurava Reddy, Siva Meka, Hari Velkur, Vijay Battula, Jyothi Reddy and Girish Ramireddy have organized the event.
Over 600 YSR Followers from all over USA have attended this event including famous personalities Dr. Prem Reddy, Dr. Malla Reddy Pailla and Dr. Lakireddy Hanimi Reddy.

Foundation President Rami Reddy Alla explained that Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy Foundation was formed in 2010 and main goal of this foundation is to continue the legacy of Dr. YSR. Rami Reddy invited all the guests on to the stage, Dr. Raghava Reddy Ghosala explained the goals of the foundation and Gangasani Rajeshwar Reddy has explained how Dr. YSR popular programs like Arogyasree and Jalayagnam touched different sectors of people.

Dr. YSR Foundation has started the awards in USA in the name of our beloved leader Dr. YSR. For 2012, YSR Award was presented to Dr. Prem Reddy and Dr. Malla Reddy for their dedicated community service. This award was presented to both by another great philanthropist Dr. Lakireddy Hanimi Reddy, who was a staunch supporter of Dr. YSR.

In his speech Dr. Prem Reddy expressed that it was a great honor for him to receive an award in the name of his great friend Dr. YSR and he shared his personal experience with YSR and his leadership skills in medical college days. He said that “There are no words for how much he misses his dear friend Dr. YSR”.

In his speech Dr. Malla Reddy shared his personal experience with Dr. YSR and how he kept his promises and helped poor people. He expressed that it was a really honor for him to receive Dr. YSR Award.

In his speech Dr. Lakireddy Hanimi Reddy expressed that it was a great honor for him to present Dr. YSR Awards to his great friends Dr. Prem Reddy and Dr. Malla Reddy. He shared his personal experience with YSR, how he keeps his promises. He mentioned that YSR sanctioned a college for his home town with a single phone call from USA.

YSR Congress party Leader Mr. Chevireddy Bhaskara Reddy explained how much he loved his family (Y.S. Raja Reddy, Rajasekhara Reddy and Jagan) and how much loyal he was to Dr. YSR. Chevireddy Bhaskara Reddy answered the questions by the audience.

YSR Congress party Puttaparthi assembly segment In-charge Dr. Hari Krishna Reddy spoke emotionally and eloquently. Audience were really touched by his speech regarding Dr. YSR courage, commitment, disiplane and determination. Some audience were seen in tears when Dr. Hari was speaking. Lawyer Weekly Pathrika editor Tunga Siva Prabhath Reddy shared his personal experiences with audience.

Mr. Sridhar Korisapati and Mr. Nageswara Rao Ankamma also spoke on this occasion.

Also Dr. Prem Reddy has introduced Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy Foundation Inc to the audience in prime time at NATA Houston first mega convention on the center stage with great honor and pride. In his speech, he explained his personal experiences and how he became Leader who stole the hearts of Andhra Pradesh people with his popular programs like Arogyasree, Jalayagnam, Free electricity and etc.

Dr. Prem Reddy introduced Mr. Chevireddy Bhaskara Reddy on to the center stage to explain the foundation activities. Dr. Prem Reddy has also presented a memento to Mr. Chevireddy Bhaskara Reddy on behalf of Dr. YSR Foundation.
