H1 Denied-Applying For Stem Ext(Need Help)

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]I am Unva student(got RFE on univ transcripts and Employee -Employer relationship) well answered for H1B but my H1b visa but got denied.[/font][/color]
[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Still I haven't get any details from USCIS.But Still I have chance to apply my STEM Extension(opt extension)which is going to end July last week.[/font][/color]

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]1.Is H1 denial going to affect my opt extension?[/font][/color]
[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]2.Is there any way can I appeal back to USCIS about my denial status?(is there any use with that appeal-grnuinly I have all the docs client letter everything-but I dont know why they denied my case-applied on Master Quota)[/font][/color]
[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]3.What are the cautions I can take before applying the opt extension?[/font][/color]

Like last 6 months pay stub
Offer letter
Recent opt I-20
Opt ead card
And contact ur DSO to get the checklist

Dont trust on Appeals... Usually Appeals take like 1 to 1 and half year for decision. Make sure that your are in status first.You have an option to apply for MTR (Motion To Reopen) which is usually faster than appeals.
