with out prior experience how come u got into project management and estimation technquies..agile methods are in contrast to other techniques , agile programming is iterative in nature..u need to re check every object/element that you have developed and then u have to move on to the next stage..this is a simple definition I can give...Do u have any scenario in hands ?
