In 1752 Britain switched from Julian Calendar(containing 365.25 days) to the modern day calender (365 or 366 days). By doing so, 3rd September instantly became 14th September and as a result NOTHING HAPPENED IN BRITISH HISTORY BETWEEN 3 and 13 SEPTEMBER!! People believed by this they will die 11 days shorter and the protested on streets, demanding "GIVE BACK OUT 11 DAYS!!"
