bhayya...nenu kooda murthy law firm tho appointment thesukonna.....20 mins ki 250$ anta....that is fine but aa 20 mins lo manam mana case cheptham....tharavatha necessary documents pampishtey vaaley chusukontaaraa...leka malli manam seperate ga attorney ni hire chesukovala....

nadi kuda same reason unde...late submission...i had a valid reasons

1) na sevis update kaledu, OPT ext. kosam i-20 kosam univ ki velthe they could not print my i-20. Sevis vallatho ticket open chesa...they took ages to update my record

2) first time pampina packet miss ayindi...USCIS ki call chesthe...inko packet pampamani annaru..appatike na OPT expire ayindi...pampincha...late submission ani reject chesaru....lawyer ni petti supporting docs (sevis tho open chesina ticket, first time mail chesina confirmation) mail chesa...approve ayindi....

My case is also similar... even though I sent the documents in time, due to the conspiracies in addresses in the USCIS website, I sent it to the wrong address.... So my documents reached them after the expiration date.. So will this be acceptable by the officer? I can provide the receipt that the application has been sent on time...

It would be great if someone can share their experience/knowledge regarding this...
