Which One Is Better Among....google Nexus 7 Vs Galaxy Tab 2 7.0

Unlike with the Samsung Galaxy S3, the rumors surrounding the Nexus 7 were spot on, which means that we had a pretty good idea of what to expect from the release. Yet, I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that there is now a device with amazing specifications, for such a low price point.[/color]
[color=#4C4C4C]Naturally, everyone is curious about how the Nexus 7 stacks up against other tablets in the same price range. Now, we’ll take a look at how the Google tablet stacks up against another similarly priced device, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7?. Let the comparisons begin![/color]

[b] Display[/b]

There’s no real competition as far as the display of both the 7? slates are concerned. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 features a WSVGA display with a resolution of 1024×600, while the Nexus 7 boasts an IPS display with a resolution of 1280×800. We’ll obviously need a hands-on review to confirm, but it is safe to assume that the Nexus 7 takes the win as far as the display is concerned.

[b] Processor and Memory[/b]

One of the biggest selling points of the Nexus 7 is the fact that it is the first quad-core processor to be available at the price-range of a mid-range tablet. As such, the Nexus device features a 1.3 Ghz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor along with 1GB of RAM. Slightly underclocked when compared to other quad-core tablets, but those are distinctly high-end, and not what we’re comparing the device to. How does the Galaxy Tab 2 compare?
The Samsung slate, on the other hand, features a 1Ghz dual-core processor, but also comes with 1GB RAM. This processor is quite good for a mid-range device, but again, the Nexus 7 has completely changed the game when it comes to low-cost tablets now. I know that the performance of the Tegra 3 hasn’t been all everyone could hope for, but against the Galaxy Tab 2, there is definitely a clear winner.
When it comes to memory storage capabilities though, the Nexus 7 takes a step back. The Google tab will be available with both 8GB and 16GB of internal storage. Despite initial reports to the contrary, it looks the Nexus 7 will in fact, NOT come with any kind of expandable storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 also comes with 8GB or 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card.
Winner: Nexus 7 (only because I’d take the more powerful quad-core processor over the possibility of expandable storage.)

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 ships with Android 4.0 out of the box, which, till as recently as yesterday, was the best iteration of Android. Again, the Nexus 7 burst onto the scene and kicked things up a notch, because the Nexus 7 will be the first Android device to release with the Android 4.1 Jellybean OS. Android 4.1 introduces a host of new features and tweaks which makes it stand ahead of ICS. It’s just not the Galaxy Tab’s day is it?

[b] Pricing and Release date[/b]

The Google Nexus 7 will be $199 for the 8GB version and $249 for the 16GB version. Along with that, you will also get $25 to spend in the Google Play store, as well as a bundle of free premium content, including the [i]Transformers: Dark of the Moon[/i] movie. The Nexus 7 will be released in mid July in the US, the UK, Australia and Canada, with more countries to be added to the list in the near future.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7? 8GB version is already available from stores and online.

There is absolutely no doubt that the Google Nexus 7 is the clear winner, unless the expandable storage available with the Galaxy Tab 2 makes [i]that much [/i]of a difference for you. It’s almost unfair to compare the two devices, but with the price points being what they are, this is the market Google is targeting with the Nexus 7. Google has done an amazing job with releasing an affordable tablet with impressive specifications. The Nexus 7 should definitely give the Android tablet market the boost that it was severely lacking. We can only wait and see what kind of a response the release of this tablet will be.

What i believe is ................google designed android OS and google tab could provide max Features and max-app's in its own tab compared to Samsung tap and phones........
