There are many people in Java .. u need to be a real good programmer to show off your mettle...
I work as a DWH Architect.. which i think is easier and needs more analytical capabilities.
End of the day its your path , if you want grow technically choose some strong technologies .. else plan yourself to be an analyst and then to management ...
