My two cents....

If H1 stamping is your final goal and the organizational sector doesn't bother you, Just keep applying for Jobs as @Sastrygaru mentioned....

There are many sources to find full time job postings, and personally I feel linkedin is the best of the breed followed by all the other websites.
Mostly recruiters from the organization’s directly post their openings here, plz ensure that your linkedin profile is decent and you don’t have fake stuff mentioned there...The next best option is indeed.com, this website looks like a piece of sh** but believe me if you select the right options you will find every job posting in the market (eg: Go to advanced search and select full time job from type of job and employers website only from job's shown tab's and select the radio button that says exclude staffing agencies and put in your stream and search you will find all the job positing listed directly on the employers websites, if you select the option all websites and uncheck the radio button that says exclude staffing agencies you will find the job postings not only from the direct employers but also from 3rd party consulting firm's)

If you are specifically looking for jobs under a certain line of business then, patience is the key... follow those firm's updates on social networks and signup for the firm's news letters and employment openings...who knows you might just get lucky..

Not that you have applied for the job, make sure you digest the fact that not every firm will contact you.. And even if you have been contacted not every firm is going to file H1 for you. It doesn’t matter if you have 1 year exp or 10 yr's of exp, how good are you with the technology and how good can you present yourself is all what matters. As you have applied for a full-time job the recruiters and the hiring managers have various parameters to consider while evaluating a candidate.

Don’t worry about the end result that’s way too far from the starting line.... First start applying for jobs and don’t loose hopes, jus keep applying at times you might even get a call for a job you applied 2 months ago... and please don’t make silly mistakes that might washout all your efforts...

Start with baby steps my friend you cant run even before you start walking, Apply for the jobs first and talk to the recruiters and see what they offer and compare it to what you expect and then start negotiating if you feel that what they offer is not good enough... start cheyakunda pay gurinchi alochinchaku...

I hope this helps.. and sorry if it was rude..
