Strongly abusing the TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu as being corrupt and acting like a dictator, he said what was happening to him now was the same thing that happened to NTR Ramarao. Nani’s main argument was that he had individual freedom to visit Jagan and Vijayalakshmi and that the party should have issued him a showcause notice and asked for his explanation first.
In another surprising statement in the pressmeet, Nani also supported jailed mining mafia kingpin Gali Janardhan Reddy and said Naidu took money from the then Karnataka BJP President Yeduyurappa to rake up Gali’s illegal mining case.
He also made sure reiterated all the talking points of the YSRC party saying that Naidu was corrupt, Naidu secretly met with Sonia and that TDP was now involved in match-fixing with the Congress party.
Despite Jr.NTR now disowning him completely, Nani said he was granted the TDP Gudiwada ticket only because Jr.NTR demanded it for him and said he would still be loyal to the memory of the TDP founder NT Ramarao.
