Nenu ippudu Cap gap lo vunna and Recent ga naa drivers license (Missouri) expire ayyindi... end of june which is my OPT end date I'. Naa cap gap I20, sevis and other required documents thiskuni vella DMV ki.. license renewal kosam..vallu naa License renewal cheyyatledu saying I'm not on F1 and I20 is not a valid status document.. Vallu OPT EAD card aduguthunnaru.. Dantlo emo end date june ani vundi so I cannot provide that. Maa university DSO ki phone chesa. Ame I20 valid document and cheppindi and they should accept that ani.. License lekunda office ki ellatam kuda kastam avuthondi.. 4 years nundi license vundi ippudu adi cancel ante pichi denguthundi...ippatiki 5 times thiriga DMV chuttu no use.. Evarina emcheyyalo suggest cheyyandi.. This might sound too much but emina legal ga proceed ayye chances vunnaya ikkada.. I'm in desperate need of help. Thanks..

dotnetrockz Posted July 11, 2012 Report Posted July 11, 2012 neeku h1 raledha....rakapothe drivers licence extend cheyyaru naku telsi(note:nenu texas lo ilantidhe face chesanu so just sharing my experience)... normal ga TX lo aithe 6 months kante takkuva nonimmigrant status unte extend cheyyaru..... so neeku h1 vachaka aa i-797 + ee cap gap motham anni tesukelthe istharu....
