Yahoo Hacked, 450,000 Passwords Posted Online

Anyway, I haven't logged into my Yahoo account in 12 years. I'm glad they posted the user names and passwords, cause I couldn't remember my password to log in and change my password. Thanks hackers. :-D

The individuals hacked weren't solely those with simple passwords. Yahoo was storing the data unencrypted. This means it doesn't matter how simple/complex the password. Worse, the database was accessed via an elementary SQL injection.
