My H1 got approved in 2009. But in 2010 W2, maa employer gaadu naa payroll motham run cheyaledu (becoz i was on bench). aa W2 thappa, all other W2's , i.e. 2011 and 2009 are correct.
Idi mana stamping appudu emaina affect paduthunda?

Right now i am on full time with a big employer. in 2011 i was consulting, now i am full time.

I am goin to hyderabad for stamping (getting married also). akkada manam 3 days munde documents ivvalanta kada...so do they search my case and ask me why my 2010 W2 was less than min LCA wage declaration (which was 51000 acc to my employer, but naa 2010 wage was 34000)

Please help guys

4 days mundhe docs submit cheyali and last year W2 most imp and presently full time antunnav kabatti you wont have any kind of problem.

Why don't you go to other consulate? I guess, it is possible to go to the other consulate in the case of extensions / if you had valid H1B within an year before going to the visa stamping.

mostly problem undakapovachu ani anukuntunna......full time antunnav kadha so risk factor thakkuva.....GC appudu aduguthaaru emo ee que anni.....but stamping kaabatti....recent yr vi and current vi clr ga unde la choosko and client help chese la choosko ekkadaina query padina kaaani......ATB

next time ala repeat kanivvaku.....mee attorney ni adugu vadey chepthadu kada what kind of questions may raise......needhi issue eyy but fulltime annavu kada hope for the best.......
