nenu sarey cheyyi chuddam annanu. recent gaa aa petiton reaffirm indi .. so naku I797C vachindi .. withe the same expiration date. only thing enti antey I94 ledu. So naa old employer emantadu antey already VISA unid kabatti , Canada velli aa 797C chupinchi just vadi peru mida I94 teeskuni vachey antunnadu.


Naku current Employer (naa previous vendor) to antha relation baledu. i like my old employer. ippudu canda velitey emina risk untundaa ... leka easyy ganey ipotundaa ..

nuvvu malli Canada velte stamping ki vellali kada compulsory...why do u want to take a chance...

koncham settle ayyaka chusko...pedda company antunnav ga...how much difference are u making in terms of pay..

i suggest not to take any chances in this situation....

no need to go stamping bhayya .. just go out of country and come back with new I94 . This is what my old employer told me

"[color=#1F497D][font=Calibri, sans-serif][size=4]Since you are currently in the US in H-1B status for another company, you would need to exit and re-enter with this I-797C and the original I-797 approval to obtain a new I-94 to work for US. If you have a current H-1B visa in your passport, you would not need to go for stamping. For example, you could travel to Canada and re-enter to re-activate your H1B.[/size][/font][/color]"

You need go for stamping if you do not have valid visa staming in passport.If you have stamping in passport,you can go to canada preferably by road and come back .You will get a new I-94 ,only if your petition does not have i-94 attached
