na height 6 baa......weight emo 133 pounds.....na weight minimum 155 pounds undali......160 pounds undali ani taa target.....dani kosam daily

2500-3000 calories diet teeskundam ani anukuntunna......healthy and good indian food/fruits diet plan cheppandi vayya......chala search

chesanu.....indian food gurinchi....brkfast lo idi tinu, mid morning idi tinu, lunch ki idi tinu, ani oka idea ichinolle leru ye site lonu.....meekemanna

sites teluste cheppandi......or else if you know the foods/breakdowns cheppandi.....

bread, aalu, chicken, konchem exercise chesi protein shake taagu........ and also beans kuda good diet..........
