Need Info.....traffic Signal No Response So Crossed

nenu inthakamundhu lunch ki velletappudu..oka traffic signal (kothaga pettaru..)..akkada almost 5 -8 minutes evvraki signal padaledhu sare ani andharu jump k=jilani red midhane.......(ante only one direction and dani opp dir vallu...other side is a neighbour hodd so aaa lanes full levu)....

ippudu naku doubt enti ante aa signal daggara cameras kuda unnayi(but not sensors....)andhari tho sandatlo sademiya laga nenu kuda jump kotta...lunch time dobbuthundhi ani.....

okavela naku signal jump ticket vasthe adhi naa car registration address ki vasthundhi..so aa address chala pathadhi...and i didnt change address on my reg............so is there any other way i can check if i got a ticket?
