Canadian Visa Application Process Time

[font=arial, sans-serif][size=3]I have submitted my passport for my Canadian Visitor Visa to Canadian Consulate - New York on 23-Jun-2012 through USPS Express Mail and it was received by the consualte on 25-Jun-2012. Processing Time for the visa is 10 business days. As of today, it is 13 business days. Money Order submitted for visa processing fee was encashed on 09-Jul-12. I got this confirmation from the bank. Till now i didnt get any response from them. I have a scheduled appointment in Canada on 23-Jul-2012. If i dont get my visa stamped then i need to cancel all my travel arrangements.[/size][/font]

[font=arial, sans-serif][size=3]I sent an email to consulate and called over phone also.. but there was no response... [/size][/font]

[font=arial, sans-serif][size=3]Here are my questions[/size][/font]
[font=arial, sans-serif][size=3]1. When will i get my passport?[/size][/font]
[font=arial, sans-serif][size=3]2. Do i get my passport with visa stamped if i go to Canadian Consulate - NY in person or they will send my passport through USPS only.[/size][/font]

I think the processing time is 30 days

I found the following info on the Canada High Commssion webpage (however they have not mentioned the processing time for Visit VisaS)
