Usually not needed. H1 apply chesetappudu last 3 months pay checks unte chaalu.. So make sure you have pay stubs from January of next year if you are applying for H1 next April..

You need to prove what u did during your OPT; You can work without getting paid; you end up saying, I was getting trained; but even when you are getting trained, you need to record your hours;
