worst case lo 80hr paid vacation ayina it comes to 5000$ so only on insurance and holidays u r covering 11000 dollars and tension free ga untadi

Full time lo aite aa 2 weeks(holidays) pay untundi and 2 weeks vacation and some kind of benefits .........premium insurance (needed if he is family) no relocation expenses

Full time is peaceful rather contracting is kind of pressure with family

WFH India nundi kuda ante manchi option you can spend more time with parents if we want to ................
