Hello one and all,

most of us are into software. As our skedules are so tight that we find it very difficult and forget to keep track of our diet and health.

I want to start workouts and my goal is to get a 6 pack. I had some previous gym training under coach supervision. I know i can do my workouts and some of you might be under a false perception that am showing off or something, so please let me make it clear that this is a pure knowledge thread regarding our diets,workouts and progress of routines.

please share your thoughts :)

1.gym routine

2.food habits- diet

3. protien intakes- mention the names and brands and places where we can get them from - gnc etc

4.smoking and drinking addiction reduction.

5.motivation ---- most imp thing
