i heared that United Health Care will cover 50 - 80%.

Im my 10 years of knowing about [url="http://www.onlineinsuranceportal.com/liability-insurance-protects-you-against/"]dental insurance[/url] policies if a company opted to pay 100% they wouldn't be able to maintain it very long, i dont think 100% coverage exists and never will..
