Good Move By Yahoo......or.....trojan Horse By Google

Today i heard an interesting and great news abt Yahoo appointing new CEO [b]Marissa Mayer[/b].
It actually seems a good move by yahoo considering the credentials (senior VP of search at google) of Marissa but i m really wondering if Google intentionally sent her so that this could make a way for Goolge to acquire yahoo at some point in future.

what do you guys think [b]Good move by Yahoo?......or.....Trojan Horse by Google?[/b]

paid 10x more ante... not only salary but also a CEO gets stock grants and cash bonuses which a VP doesnt get.....former yahoo CEO[b] Carloz bartz[/b] received a whopping $47.2 million for her first yr of service but her salary was $1million/yr

you dont get it mama.....giving stock options means not giving money...she will have an obligatory clause that she would keep it for some X number of yrs without seling them..

No wonder if Google takes over. Yahoo, at present, is not in a position to bring out new products at least their financial considerations wont allow. Not to mention, releasing their not so effective products and recent yahoo messenger which is full of bugs kept another bad impression in their existing records.

yes 3 CEO's and one interim CEO
