yes mama naku kuda... oka 3 months nunchi start ayindhi... ayina nenu job oka 3yrs nunchi chesthuna..... appudu raani pain ippude endhuku vasthundo artham kavatam ledu... okko sari..soodi petti kuchinattu untundhi....

only excercises cheste long time lo releif vastundi, bfr n afr sleeping try one excercise atleast 10 times, ela cheyali anedi webmd site lo vuntayi, search it. to avid further compilcatioins, how to sit properly in a chair practice cheyi :)
