bhiyaa , youtube lo videos chhodu bhaiyya...........there are many vedios for lower, upper back...pains, and if the issue is with sexual angles . dont do it in missionary, try woman on top or stroke in a kneeling position...pleasure max.....hope this helps

You seem to have good knowledge about low back pain. Are you a doctor..?
I have done quiet a bit of research on this tooo...
Some times changing your matress can help.

Go see doctor asap. mri for lumbar spine helps to point out the problem exactly.

Is the pain radiating through your hips and legs? any tingling or numbness in legs is more seriously considered.

my cousin had this problem before 3 months.. he ignored it initialy...

maa family lo memiddarame unnam so reserched about it a lot...


true he had lower back pain intially after few months slowly his left leg stated paining....


he went to a doctor

doc did the same thing 3 days anti biotics and week of pain killers...

its gone...
he felt insecure in the intial days to take big movements but after a month it was completely gone
