Ayithe you need to consult primary care physician anuknta.. look online or your insurance website to find the doctor. If your insurance requires referral for specialist visit ask him to refer you to neurosurgeon or orthopedist as he suggests after getting your lab reports.

Primary care physicians ki usual ga 3-7 days lo appoinment dorokochu.... Depends on how good the doctor is...
Therapists around your area doctors ki baaga telustundi baa....you can ask this question to your doctor on your visit...
