travel pillow ledu bongu ledu.... every 30 min ki lechi naduvu..... water kosam annattu anna alarm pettuko.... earlu morning lower back exercises cheyi... exercises ante muscle pumping laga effort weights akkaraledu.... spine ki movements iche exercises vuntayi avi cheyi..... once in a while go to Chiropractor.... Spine adjustment chestadu.... silly ga anipistundi kani... adi mana back bone of the body... inka ikkada evvadi sollu vinaku.... take care...
