planning to applly on august....and planning to go to canada for stamping this november........

above url you should fill forms 5257 and 5645 for applying a visiting visa for canada.

supporting documents while aplying for canadian visa:
Employment offer letter
Employment Verification letter
last three months pay stubs
Bank statements for last three months - not mandatory
Status verification letter, in your case i-797 ( H1 acceptance Letter )
2 recent Passport size photos (you can get it from walgreens on 140th street.)[/color][list]

1st thing: DC lo Canada Visitor Visa applications theesukovatledhu.... So vere location select chesuko

inka Documents required:

(1) Passport
(2) 797 Copy
(3) Employment verification letter
(4) Two Pictures (35 * 45)
(5) Money Order payable to Canada Embassy---- $ 75 single Entry/ $150 multiple entry
(6) Pay stubs last 3 months
(7) Bank Statements last 3 months
(8) W 2 --- Not Necessary

Forms:

(9) Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM 5257) ---- [color=#ff0000][b]First fill this form and click validate at the end, which will generate barcodes (5) on page 5[/b][/color]. Download it and sign it
(10) Family Information (IMM 5645) --- Fill it, download it, sign it.
(11) Document Checklist (IMM 5484) ---- Download it and cross mark the forms which you are submitting. Keep it on the top while u r submitting to the person at the counter.
