i worked under a indian lady TL she was very gud fresher ani telsina nenu effort pedutuna ani she never complained she used to help alot in work i never had any problems

Gender issue ani kadhu kani Ladies mind set chala different.

20% ladies tho work cheyyochu, but remaining 80% tho kastam mana pani kuda valle chesesam ani cheppu kune rakalu.

i have 3 exp, nenu reports & documentation prepare chesi isthe paina perlu marchi management ki submit chesukunnaru. adhi valla pani thanam so. no lady boss............
