[/quote] Simple question. which status he is using to enter into US? Obviously F-1/OPT. If he present I-797 then it will relate to H-1 visa and then will ask him to get stamped on I-797 do get 3 years duration;

[/quote] F1 ga india velthunnaadu.. he is returning back as an F1 student .. so there is no point for him to show i797 form when he returns US ochesaka .. new i94 ni vaalla employer ki isthe.. their lawyer will update the old i94 with new i94 number @Karna .. dont get too much confused .. i94 vishayam lo issue undadhu ..
