Hello there,

I'm on H1B (working for a Telecom company through Desi consultancy ). I was surprised by seeing an USCIS agent & A Dept.of Labor person at my client place today. My Manager informed me that they are here to see me. I was interviewed by them around 30 minutes. I gave them good answers. They have asked me about how I got this job ? when did i came to US ? How ? How did u get your previous job? Do you have LCAs ? Did you get paid when you are bench ? etc etc

I can post all the questions later....

But Is this visit going to be a Risk for my status ? (I Have a valid H1B till 2011

Guys have a look at this issue, I think we can expect USCIS agents to be roaming around our client places

get your LCA updated with work location and run your payroll only in the work location state

scrutiny increased heavily and its better to be safe as per law here rather than worrying about issues at port of entry
