Why no new Innovation from Indians?

First things first... Research ni chaala general terms lo divide cheyyali ante two types lo cheppochu... One is Fundamental research, where researchers work on new concepts and new ideas and new theories - second type is Applied research, in this type of research scientists apply the fundamental concpets which are well established and try to make some products or devices out of it.

to add to ur point manaki india applied research kuuda takkuve mama...especially in electronics and software side...ee fields lo mana vaalantha deployement and maintenance side lone untaaru..nobody is willing to take up research bcoz of 1) not many high quality facilities..and 2) not much pay in research areas in our country..hope this changes..
