Friends, just wanted to know which technology is best interms of pay, oppurtunities, full time positions, professional growth like becoming team leads/ project managers in normal situations and recessions.

Also you can add some more opinions why do you choose your technology.

im a .Net developer i may change my domain, before filing my h1 b next yeardepending on these suggestions .

My list in order interms of above criteria's :

1.Java
2. Net
3. Oracle DBA
4. SQl developer
5. Oracle developer
6. Tools like Informatica, Sharepoint, OBIEE, TIBCO
7.SAP BI/BO/ BW and ABAP
8.SAP other modules

Instead of SQL Developer go for SSIS SSRS SSAS it is best and always demand in the market.

Not that much opeinings in the market.

All tools are for short term not for long term and you can earn good money any of the tools.

Lots of full time opportunities and billing is more but short term projects.

it is purely based on luck mama java baaga vachi bench meeda unna vallani choosaa emi raani SAP vallu kooda 100k earn chesthunna vallani choosaa ...............but always java/.net challenging and long term jobs but pay scale is less and risk is also more client ki nee exp meeda doubt ravatam chaala easy ee technologies lo!!!
