mundhuga veggies anni boil chesi fettuko..chicken as usual ga curry ki chesi nattu marinate chesi pettu

then onions cardamom mint leaves ginger n garlic cloves cinnamon curry leaves mixer lo esi paste chesi fakkana fettuko...oil lo vesi aa pste oil veru ayyedhaaka cook chy then oka bowl lo marinated chicken esi boil chy baaga then ee boiled chicken aa cook avthunna paste lo veseyyi along with veggies too then cook them well and add some salt and basmathi rice cooked dhennlo kalifey

fast n quick spicy chicken pulao ready :)

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup – finely chopped,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup – finely chopped,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Green chili – 8 – chopped,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Lemon - 1- juice,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Salt as per taste[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Wash and clean the chicken, [/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Grind Coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili together in a blender to make a coarse paste, remember the paste should be coarse not smooth,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Add this green paste to the cleaned chicken and add ginger garlic paste along with salt to it,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Now add the lemon juice of one lime and mix everything well[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Marinate this for an hour or half n hour, [/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Heat oil in a kadai and when the oil is heated add this chicken to it and fry till it leaves its raw smell of mint and coriander leaves,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Now add a cup of water and cook with covered lid,[/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Cook till the chicken is completely done, [/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]Remove the green gravy into a bowl, you can have this gravy with white rice, [/font][/color]

[color=#555544][font=tahoma,]And now fry the chicken till they turn a bit of golden brown, but see that they remain juicy,[/font][/color]
