bePLUS+ Posted July 20, 2012 Report Posted July 20, 2012 push ups chese tappudu, 20 push ups tarvatha lower back lo pain avuthundhi....is it common ..... nenu last 2 months nunchi ila specific workouts chestunna..... before i used to do only swimming, appudu thr was no pain....... any idea why ?
